I have many friends that use motorcycles for transportation. I also know many that drive ATV's and dirtbikes for recreation use. I must have personally heard AT LEAST 11 to 12 reviews about MMS, all negative.



I had an uncle that brought a couple bikes in there, they took forever but on top of that, there were missing bolts, even missing keys that my uncle was not compensated for, in fact they told him it was HIS fault that they lost the keys.



I have a friend that has had his sport bike in the shop for repair for over a year now. Enough said.



Dennis, the owner of MMS, and I have a mutual friend, I asked that friend one day if he had ever heard anything good about Maximum. He said that "they are good friends, fun to drink with and have a good time, but I wouldn't let them work on my own stuff in my own shop."



Other dealerships that I have spoken with have told me they get a lot of MMS's potential business because their customers get disgusted and come to them, and of course tell of their recent experience.



The remainder of the reports I received were basically all the same. Things never get done around there, leaving you without your machine for an unnecessary amount of time. Their attitudes are undeserving of business, and the "customer is always right" mentality was thrown out the window a couple years ago.



I personally have taken my bike there once and will never do so again, kind of like putting your hand on a burning stove. It took them a month alone to even give me an estimate. When confronted on it, they put up a defense, and then quickly jump all over you about things you're not doing or what you're lacking in the deal. In my opinion, I have NEVER dealt with an organization so unprofessional and unmotivated, and would HIGHLY not recommend them for sales or service.
