Everything about the consultation visit was wonderful! Friendly staff, wonderful explanations about the treatment options and plan, We felt well informed and we enjoyed the tour we received.

I love them! They are professional and as gentle as they can be when I have to get my braces adjusted.

A true pleasure! From the moment you come in for a consultation until you have the braces removed, you are treated with respect and no pressure added. Everyone in the office is friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Very kid friendly environment and relaxing for busy moms to wait as well. Dr. Puntillo is the best... charming and helpful. Great suggestions without pushing unnecessary proceedures or extras on anyone.

I went into Puntillo Orthodontics expecting them to only care about getting me in and out as soon as possible. Whether my braces were ready to come off or not. Well at least thats what i thought because that is what i thought of all the other ones. But Puntillo's was different i mean what other orthodontics is that kid friendly. They have games in the lobby, they even have a book of all the people whom have broken or lost there retainers. They are the only dentist or orthodontist that i know that actually has somewhere were YOU can brush your own teeth. Recently I went to my dentist and he broke my permanent retainer while flossing my teeth. I didn't realize it till a few months after i got my braces off. I went to Puntillo and explained my situation and they understood completely. They took me in and fixed the problem free of charge. I would not expect this but this is what makes them stand out. I would without a doubt recommend anyone to go here.

Dr. Puntillo and Dr. Crane, along with their staff provide exceptional care. Appointment time is always within 10 minute time frame from when you are seen! Appointment always end with a brief explanation on what was completed in the visit and what your future orthodontic plan will be! All staff members are very professional and friendly! I wish all my families healthcare providers could take lesson from Dr. Puntillo and staff! The care you provide is truly appreciated!
