the other day we went back to radio shack to get the screen protectors on me and my wifes phones replaced

The Radio Shack at 41 and US 30 has become as crummy as the rest of retail, staffed by 20 somethings who just don't give a damn. The sign on the door clearly stated they were open at 8:00am, no special holiday hours set for December 27th. After waiting for 18 minutes and knocking on the door several times I called to find out that "we are in holiday hours the sign is wrong, Come back at 9:00am." No apology, no "hey i'll change the sign, No "hey I'll make an exception and let you in because I am sitting the back room with the other employees doing nothing."

You have made my purchase so much easier. I will not be spending money with "the shack" anymore. I hope the franchise owner has better luck finding employees that will provide better service in the future.
