I spoke with Charles Neely, the owner, regarding possible squirrels in my attic - some ants that were coming thru the ceiling in the living room - and spraying around the house for pest prevention. I mentioned the $49 new customer special from his website and he quoted me $188.35 for all services ($125 for squirrel trapping + $49 for spraying around house and ants + tax). I paid $188.35 through paypal on 6/20/2011.



He came out that day and set a trap in the attic for the squirrels and put 2 dabs of bait on the living room ceiling for the ants. He told me that he would call me the following day or 2 to set up a time to come back out and check on the trap AND to spray the house. I never heard back from him the rest of the week.



The following week , I called him because I had not heard from him. He said that he had been busy the week prior and had planned on calling me that day. During that conversation - I mentioned that I had lost my job the Wed after he came to the house the week prior. Since, he had not come back to spray the house (which I paid for) - he agreed to refund the $49 plus tax to my paypal account. That refund NEVER came. Plus, he DIDN'T even spray the house.



After agreeing to that refund - he said that he would call me either Tues. or Weds. that week to come out and check the trap in the attic. I never heard from him again until I called him over a month later. The trap stayed in the attic for over 4 weeks with NO attempts to contact me or complete the job. When I called him again to ask for the refund for not only the $49 plus tax, which he had already agreed to, AND the $125 plus tax for the trapping not completed - all he said was that I could keep the trap.



As of yet, I have NOT received a refund of ANY portion of my $188.35. He DID NOT spray the house, and that portion of the bill needs to be refunded. He DID NOT trap any squirrels or anything else since he set the trap and left it there for OVER a month without coming back or contacting me. That portion of the bill needs to be refunded as well.



As it stands - I paid him $188.35 to NOT spray my house - and to NOT trap any animals or come back. He was there for 15 minutes and the only thing he did do was put 2 dabs of bait on the living room ceiling. Sorry - that is NOT worth $188.35!!!
