The ambiance is stellar. Tina experience is demonstrated the time and care she takes in the pedicure. The little extras like the hot towel around your neck is truly relaxing. Thanks Tina and all at Jade’s.

Nice staff and I love the atmosphere. I get to truly relax which getting my nails done and they do a great job and also make good recommendations. I loved the milk and honey pedicure the most !

I went in for a fill/manicure. The tech used a clipping tool to trim my nails. He ended up clipping the tip of my fingers not once but 4 more times while using that tool. I tried to express my displeasure but the language barrier prevented him from understanding. Too much bloodshed for me. I haven't been back. No apologies were said and I paid my full fee for a less than acceptable job done.

I have been getting man/pedis at this salon for the past year. My experience has been consistently positive. Anne, Lac, and Kathy provide great personalized service. It is always a happy, relaxed visit that I look forward to.

I went to Jades Nails, the tech that I had did not speak English will and he did not understand me. I did not like my nails when he was done; I notice that he did not have a cosmetology license on his workstation. I heard the manager or boss of the solon yelled at the workers for something, she was not happy, she looked unfriendly. The receptionist was rude. I wonder if Jade’s Nails employees are happy working there.
