I went to see Dr. Galles because he came highly recommended by multiple friends. I always hated my smile, and I was finally ready to do something about it. My first impression was great--a nice staff, and a clean, modern office. Dr. Galles was wonderful. He was very kind, and he took time to answer all of my questions. At the appointments where he fixed my teeth, he was very gentle. Now I love my teeth, and I can't stop smiling! He now sees the rest of my family, and he's great with my kiddos. We're so happy that we found Dr. Galles.

Dr. G and his staff are excellent. We were very fortunate to find him when we were stationed in San Antonio. Being an Air Force family, we are constantly on the move, and it’s always hard to find a good dentist. His office is very clean, and he is very personable and gentle. Our teenagers loved him. I just wanted let other military families know that Dr. G is a good one!

If you are looking for a family dentist, this is not the place for you!!! Our first visit consisted of cleanings for four members of my family. Yes, the waiting room is clean, but we were there over four hours. It was ridiculous! Next visit was for my eight year old to get a filling for a small cavity. Again, they were running late. When they finally called her name, we both get up to go back. Guess what? Parents are not allowed back with their children!!!! What parent would send a young child back for a filling and not be by their side? Major red flag!!! I immediately had them pull my family's records and am now looking for a different dental office. Also, this policy is not told to families up front and is not in any of their paperwork.

I recommend this office to all of my friends! My kids all love the dentist, and I appreciate that he is not pushy, like some other dentists. I even managed to get my husband to go for the first time since he retired from the Air Force. He appreciated how the doctor took the time to show him the xrays and explain the problem areas. They also take our insurance, which is awesome!

I went to see Dr. Gallis because one of my friends raved about him, and I was not disappointed. The office was very clean and the staff was very pleasant. Dr. Gallis was very approachable and non-judgmental. As others have mentioned, he took time to answer all of my questions. When he fixed my tooth, he was very gentle and patient...this has not always been my experience with other dentists. I have 2 teenagers who also like him. They said he was "cool." We're very happy with our new dentist!

Walking to Into Oasis was a very nice feel, the office is very clean.The Front Office Personel was very Nice and energetic.It had been awhile since I had even stepped foot into a dentist office.The Hygienist that they have there is very nice aswell, but when I left there my gums were throbbing., Time management could be used here..I showed up at my appt. at 1:00 and i left at about 2:45 because I was left in the room for a while until the dentist finally decides to show up. I came back to get some of my treatment done and It was the same thing. but overall I like the office its very cozy. very nice staff.

I was so amazed with the excellent dental care i was given!!! The staff is so kind, and helpful with insurance "lingo" Dr. Gallas is not only knowledgeable but so kind and very patent, even with my children. I am very happy with my choosing his dental office for my family!

I have been scared for years after my childhood memories of the BIG BAD DENTIST. The thought of going to dentist usually brings out the worst in me-- with lots of drama and tears- Therefore, I only go when I have to. In the past that meant every few years---



Over the last 3 months I have been seeing Dr. Galles for everything from cavities to my long time neglected wisdom teeth. I am amazed, not only because he is the first dentist to ever make me come back twice but three times in such a short time frame. I usually choose a new dentist every time. Today was the first time walking into the dentist office without my blood pressure being abnormally high for me. The Idea of going back doesn't have me near tears. The staff is always friendly, professional, but also personable. He is great with my kids and makes the visited special! They walked out excited about getting a toy from the treasure chest and pleased with their new toothbrush and most importantly unafraid.



I would recommend him for people of any age!



Best Dentist Ever!

Honestly, Ive had some very heroic dental experiences in life, and after attending Oasis Family Dental. I have to say i was very impressed, I was greeted by a very nice front office staff, the office is very clean. from front to back, the dentist was very nice, and seemed concerned and deticated to taking care of my dental needs, what I did think was very cool, was he has t.v screens on the ceiling which was something Ive never seen before.. gives you something else to focus on while having dental work done not to mention a very beautiful and nice assistant that he has, Ive been going there for 1 month now, and Id recommend anybody go. This office definantly takes off the label that dentistry can sometimes have.

It had been a while since my last dentist visit, and I knew that I had some issues that needed to be addressed. I made an appointment, based on a friend's recommendation. The dental office was very clean and high-tech. The dentist was able to show me my xrays on the tv screen, and they even had a tv on the ceiling! The hygienist is very sweet. She was thorough, but very gentle. The dentist genuinely seemed to care about me and my concerns. He took time to explain the treatment I need and why. Everybody who worked there was very friendly, and they made me feel comfortable. My husband and children have also had appointments now, and they feel the same way I do.

If you are nervous about dental care and are in need of a professional and friendly dental office this is the place to go. I called several times to get information before deciding on this office for my family. From the front office with Heather, to Michelle the dental hygienist you will be so glad you came here. Dr. Galles sets the tone for this amazing office. He was easy to talk to explained all the care we needed and I left knowing I would improve my dental health. I was very satisfied with the service.

Dr. Galles and his staff are absolutely wonderful. The way they make you feel from the first phone call, to his assistant and Dr. Galles in general. He is an amazing asset to the Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City, Live Oak area. I would recommend him to everyone that needs a great family oriented general dentist that is caring, kind and great with children!
