Monique needs to find a new profession. She was extremely rude, and has been before, however today took the cake!
Today she literally closed her eyes and tapped her hand on the counter because she was annoyed that I didn't need to purchase anything else. I was flabbergasted.

There should be a negative star option. These people (the women employees especially) are the worst! Told the Universal City USPS about them and they said they hear it all the time and people drive all the way to them just to avoid going to Schertz location.

Worst customer service ever! I went to pick up a package during lunch and was "helped" by Tonya. She had me waiting at the front counter for almost 30 minutes "searching for my package" in the back. After asking another representative what was taking so long, he said she had actually left out the back (presumably to lunch). Hope the Mickey D's was worth this bad review Tonya!

Very rude employees! It took me less than 20 seconds to look up an address on my phone but the deskids clerk pushed my package to the side and told me I would have to wait because I wasn't ready. The whole precess if me walking up to the desk, telling her what I needed, and her literally pushing me to the side, took lead than a minute and a half. You guys are horrible.

I have spent two days trying to get help from the Schertz, TX P.O. Tracking information for my package states that it was delivered to my mailbox. The package was not there so I called the post office and were told they would speak to the carrier and call back. They never called back, so I called again hours later. They were still trying to locate the carrier and again said they would call back. They never did. The next morning I tried calling again and the phone was busy for over three hours. I drove to the post office and was then told that the carrier claims he put the package on my front porch. Of course there is no package on my porch. They are unable to help us and said we could file a claim.

Oh my goodness! I went in with a question the other day and was treated very rudely. I felt like an inconvenience. I went in again today with hesitance, but the convenient location persuaded me to give it another try. I was not happy when I had the same lady helping me, but I didn't let it show. I simply asked the cheapest way to send an item. She simply pointed to the wall to some envelopes. I asked how much and she replied it's based on weight. I asked if my item would be safe in an envelope she said no. She offered no help at all. I simply walked out with my item and will not give it another try. Third time is not a charm. I will pay extra to go to UPS where they are very polite and helpful. At my previouos PO before relocation they had a wonderful clerk. She would weigh my item and actually try them in the different boxes to give me the best option that would safely deliver my item.

Never going to this post office again. I would rather drive further, to another station, than be treated as poorly as I was treated today by the clerks at the counter. On a previous visit I witnessed the supervisor being very unprofessional and rude to another customer.

These employees don't know how...

These employees don't know how to treat anyone like anything other than a burden. If you have any questions (which most of us do since we don't work at a post office) you are answered with an attitude and a cold shoulder. Every time I go in it's like this. I recently had a conversation with them over the phone about an order being marked as shipped through the tracking number, but its been a couple days and I still don't have it. They said they would call the carrier and call me right back, (this was in the morning). I never got a call back, of course, so I called again around 3:30. They again said they would call me back and again did not. I am always disappointed in the customer service of USPS, especially since their job is as important as handling your belongings!! If Paypal used Fedex I would be so thankful.
