Tom has a lot of experience in the field, but that doesn't mean it's all good experience.

I've learned that while every other landscaping contractor had been avoiding Douglas Firs due to 'needlecast' fungi, he planted one in our front yard two years ago. No surprise; the tree looks like it's dying, so I'll be out another $500 replacing it.

His one-year guarantee is essentially worthless, as my neighbors found out when trying to claim it for vegetation that died immediately. Plus, the health of plants is subjective, and some deteriorate only over time.

All phone #s associated with the business seem to have been disconnected, so it probably doesn't matter at this point.

The old guy is a crook? He was trying to tell me how expensive dirt is as he stood there straight faced trying to rip me off. I got a tree from him and it turned out to be diseased but he said it's ok and will be fine. BS! He must think I was born yesterday. Got a 15% off coupon in mail and his quote was still more expensive than a major competitors! Crew looks like they're out on parole. Stay away! You have better options in the Lehigh Valley.
