I was a member for 1 year and 3 months. I was very pleased with the access and facility. Place was clean and 24 hour access is nice. The same person owns this Scholield location as well as the Wausau and Mosinee location. I have accessed all 3 and they are all as nice and available.However, the owner of this Snap Fitness sent an unsecured email to at least 3 Recipients that contained my full name, complete address, home and work phone number, date of birth, CREDIT CARD NUMBER and 3 digit security code. I would not trust my personal information with him again.

They were nice to me when I signed up but after I paid they all but refused to help me. They were bad at returning phone calls and at 2 points during my membership they deacivated my card and did not give a good reason as to why. I once was forced to stay in the building from midnight to about 8 in the morning because I had forgotten my car keys in the tanning room and was locked out. No one was available to help me get my keys out, there was no one to call in case of an accident or emergency. Their business hours are a joke and their employees are either unavailable or unwilling to help when their paying customers need help.
