This is the best Vet in the area. Took my dog to Berks Emergency Vet on Lancaster Ave and they charged me $1,000 Cash and sent my 2 year old Dog Home to Die with a diagnosis of Food Bloat. Took my Dog to Mountain Shadow the very next day and the Vet saw him for two minutes and knew it was Lupus or Lyme. It was Lupus and he was treated immediately for less than $200. Great group of Intelligent and caring Vets.They saved my Dog's Life! God bless Mountain Shadow ~ They really do Love our Pets. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

While I am pleased with the care offered at this veterinary office, I have never had an appointment that didn't include waiting for 30 minutes to be taken into a room. The most recent appointment included a routine procedure for my pet, which took 15 minutes longer than what it normally has. All in all, I was waiting around for 50 minutes, when I should've been in and out within 5.
