Always an experience on the drive up to Scotia. Beautiful countryside and scenic by-ways. Well worth the drive from Grand Island. Excellent Pork or Beef, and customized to your choices. Quality Meats. Trimmed nicely. Dan and "Herm" are great people to deal with. Their Perfectly cut pork chops and tasty spiced Sausage keep me coming back. Priced right.

Always a good product, fair price, accommodating folks to deal with. What more could you ask for ?



I have bought many more hogs than beef. The Beef is real good, I just don't like beef that well ($$$!) to spend that kind of money at once.
