I have been dealing with Van Why for over a year now and have never had any problems or complaints. However, I can tell you this, when we had all the snow and WM and CW never made it into several area. Van Why was there every week. One week they actually took my garbage out of the can near my house to pick it up. I could not bring the can to the curb due to the large amount of snow! Great Service!! Thank you Van Why Sanitation.

Very unprofessional service. No stars.They almost never answer there phones and have not emptied their voicemail boxes in almost a year. Sometimes they don't come for several weeks at a time. Their book keeping is horrible as well. Recently they didn't pick up the trash for 2 weeks. On the third week they came only because I was finally able to reach them on the phone. Since payment is given via check on top of the can they were late picking up their check. Following week they came but didn't take the garbage. For the next 2 weeks they did take the garbage. I received a bill in the mail for 2 months worth of service payments even though I have never missed a payment and this past week they took the garbage, but didn't take their check. They also have a tendency to be aggressive towards the garbage bags causing them to rip open even though they are heavy duty contractor bags. I'm completely dumbfounded as to how they feel these are acceptable business practices. I will be canceling my service as soon as I can get ahold of them. Wish me luck.

I have been a customer for several years. They provide a good service at a very reasonable price. I have always reached them on the phone when I needed it.
I intend to keep using their service for many more years.

The most unprofessional company I ever dealt with. You call them you don't return their calls and I still do not know why they stop picking up

Very friendly people. They have gone out of their way to accommodate us when we were new to the neighborhood.
