I called on 9-26-08 at 1:45pm just to ask the administrator executive director if they had a web site to check for job openings. When I called I asked for the administrator she answered the phone & said speaking. She asked what my name is which I provided. I asked what is your name she would not provide and was very defensive during the our short conversation. I told her I am not a telemarketer just inquiring about your web site. I asked how does someone find out about job openings at teays valley manor retirement? She hung up on me...she was very unprofessional as an executive director and I was shocked she hung up on me.



IF THIS IS HOW THEY HANDLE PHONE CALLS I CAN ONLY IMAGE HOW THEY WOULD TREAT THEIR RESIDENTS OR STAFF....NO THANKS I DON'T WANT TO WASTE MY EXPERIENCE ON THIS COMPANY. :(
