Terrible Communication. I called this dude and gave my location and told me he was on way. So I called back just to get an ETA and he said 15 minutes away. I was like alright cool. I waited 15 minutes and still nobody showed. So I waited 30 to 45mins before I called back and dude didnt answer phone. I texted and no response.

Dont waste your time with these unprofessional people.

Don't ever call this company this man will text you and harass you I now have to get police involved!! Read the messages he sent to my phone below. Horrible excuse for a buisness

Completely unprofessional. I called and asked for the ETA of 25 min. When time was up I called again and waited 15 minutes more. I called again, and received an angry text message telling me to F off and stop nothing then. There is a 12 year old man operating this. Don't recommend.

They suck...had my man tip waiting for no reason nobody use this service they are garbage #HustleGang

I just want to thank roadside assistant for there wonderful customer service, they help me and my son out of the below 50 degree weather on 11/19/14. They where here in the blink of a eye to get me and my son back on the road thank you HURT ROADSIDE!!!
