Terrible public utility system! The water department in Scotts Hill is robbing people of their hard earned money, lying about their bills and stating always that "The system is old, you can't go by that date, our software isn't accurate" Balogna! It doesn't matter if you use 1 gallon of water or 20, you will be charged a minimum amount of $40 at least! The city is in a million dollars of debt and I see why! They are trying to pay off their debt by having raised the public water bills nearly 60%, whilst scamming and lying to people in any way that they can! You can't do people wrong like that. There are honest, good hard working people with families in this town, not to mention, all of the elderly living on a limited income! The poor are barely making in by and being robbed of their money, while the city officials revel in their bills!
