I just took my little Yorkie in today for a full groom. It was my first time using this groomer. I saw a bad review so I was a little nervous but decided to give them a try anyway. And I am so glad I did. The groomer was very friendly to myself and my dog. I explained to her all of my picky particulars on how his cut should be done and she understood everything. She had him done in an hour and a half which was great and when I arrived to pick him up he looked amazing she had followed all of my instructions and my dog looked great and was in a great mood. The price was very reasonable which I was very happy about. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs a groomer.

I think the concept of what they are doing by providing a place for you to wash your dog is awesome. They even provide all the shampoo and more I'm sure. For the price this seems like a good thing for those who don't have the room or the ease of doing it at home. My dog is a Maltese and I can actually bath her in the sink or shower so this portion of the business I didn't utilize.

I went there to have my dog groomed. I called and was quoted a price that I was happy with and took my dog there with instruction to go ahead and cut her hair shorter. She had a few mats but nothing spectacular. I let it go for about a week because I knew we were going camping so she was pretty dirty. Anyhow, after going over a few particulars with the person cutting her hair I left in full confidence that she was in good hands.

Not the case... unfortunately it seemed as if they didn't take any time trying to actually style the hair she just buzzed it all off. Even the legs. I spoke with her about leaving them longer and she agreed - "these dogs end up looking like their walking on Q-tips if you don't cut them well" she said, so she assured me she'd not do that.. well guess what... she didn't even trim the hair on her feet or trim between her toes which is part of any manicure. Her head was left long and barely trimmed so she looked absolutely rediculous. She then raised the price by $10 telling me that I was mis-quoted.



It's not as if my expectations were too high. I know communication just breaks down but this was just unethical and ridiculous. I brought my dog out to the car and had to immediately take her back in the store to have clumps of hair trimmed off that she missed. She had a cut on her inner leg from the clippers and she actually nipped at me when I touched her feet! It became very obvious to me that no care, time or patience was given to my sweet little 7 lb dog. She has never nipped at me or anyone else, ever - I was pretty disappointed.



Just choose carefully who you allow your dog to be alone with.
