My mother has been waiting for her house for 3 months! When the house finally arrived, it had MOLD in it! Now she still has to wait. She's had nothing but horrible customer service from day one. They tried to charge her way more than she was originally quoted and she has been given nothing but attitude. The house was improperly stored once it left the factory and therefore has water damage which resulted in a huge mold problem throughout the house! The house is presently sitting on her property and they won't set it up for her, even though they're supposed to immediately when arrives. One would think that after causing an unsafe, costly mold problem that they would be doing anything they could to rectify the situation. Not the case AT ALL however. This has been a mess and an absolutely stressful situation for her! NEVER use this company unless you want a huge headache!! This company doesn���t care about customer satisfaction and it shows by their actions.
