Service is terrible. Love eatting it but the service is horrible every time!!!! Kind of sad...

I have always liked eating at Taco Bell until this evening. There is a sign saying they are under new management and I don't know if this is the reason for the problem or not. We went in at a time when they were not busy, 4:45 p.m. There was no one at the counter, so I hollered "hello" to the back several times before someone finally came to take our order. We placed our order and one of the items on our order was an "encherito" for $1.99 which was clearly posted on the menu board. When we received our food we noticed that we had been billed $2.59 for the encherito. When I asked about the price I was referred to the person who took our order, who then referred us to another person, who then referred us to another, whom I assume was the shift manager. I was told the difference in price was due to the fact that I had ordered a chicken encherito and they are more expensive. I asked why it was not posted that way on the menu and was told, "that's just the way it is, chicken is more expensive and it is posted for the chalupas". I said I didn't order a chalupa, I ordered an encherito. Finally he looked at the menu and shrugged his shoulders. I told him it should be posted on the menu and he said he would talk to his manager. There was no apology, no offer to refund me the difference, nothing. I realize this is a very insignificant amount, but it was the indifference that bothered me and it was as though they could care less whether they kept a customer or not. The food did taste good, but the service was lousy.
