Went to Zaxby's today for lunch 8/8/12 and went through the drive through, used my check/debitt card to pay for my lunch and drove off. Got down the road and realized the cashier failed to give me my card back. I called verizon 1411 to get the number and called to ask, yes they had it. I had to turn around go back and get it, went to the window the girl asked my name I gave it to her and she said here, no apology no nothing. Then I went to withdraw money from my bank account, made a call to the bank and cancelled my card due to the fact you never know if the cashier is a honest one or not. I deal with criminal background checks everyday at my place of employment and have seen too many fraudulent transactions made by other people. Needless to say this has cost me to about $25 to replace my card and the phone calls plus the meal and what did I get my lunch, no apology or nothing. Will never visit Zaxby's again in Scottsboro.
