I love all the facility and NP’s at St Luke’s! I love Dr. Hunifeld too. I’ve been a patient with them for quite a few years. That being said, when I had serious concerns and felt I needed to see Dr Hunifeld himself I was told he no longer sees any patients. I want a facility that has a doctor that I can see when I feel I need. For basic care and prevention the NP is great. In fact I love my NP there. But she is just an NP. I want and feel I need more actual DR’s care. I’m considering finding a new office. I love you guys at St Luke’s! I have to say, you will NOT find faculty who are more caring and kind in a DR’s office.

Least caring staff I have ever encountered. Often saw Erica whom has a bedside manner that seems to elude herself as the superior in the room. Very frustrating in a medical setting to not have a connection with patients. I was thrilled to change doctors especially after she repeatedly ignored my concerns.
