Glenn was quick and efficient in fixing my stove. I was rather floored by the cost though, $145 for a 3 minute adjustment, no parts required, that to me was outrageous. Although I have been pleased with their service I will definitely look at other choices/options for my next appliance repair.

Patrick was on time, professional, and courteous. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fixed our stove. It is working at 100%

It is difficult to find an appliance repair company that will repair microwaves but Accredited Appliance of AZ came through for us. When I called the young lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Glen was excellent. Diagnosed the problem immediately. He also showed me the bad part and explained why they have a better part for the dryer. The whole experience from start to finish was first class.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I was able to easily schedule on line. Then someone responder very quickly. Then someone arrived that same day. Glen C walked in and heard the abnormal sound coming from my freezer. He said he knew what the problem was and and the part in his truck. He had the old motor removed and the new one replace in minutes. He was very nice and knowledgeable about refrigerators He made me feel at ease. The billing was extremely easy and I received a 10% senior discount. I highly recommend Glen C and the company.
