In 1994 Bill Parkening and his wife Princess left Los Angeles after the Northridge earthquake and located in beautiful Scottsdale. Bill owned R & W Automotive in L.A. for twelve years and had specialized in many facets of his industry for over 40 years as a Certified ASE Master Technician. He was so admired that even his piers voted him "Best Mechanic 1989" in the Los Angeles Magazine. In January 1995 Airpark Auto Clinic opened in the airpark of Scottsdale with the desire to be honest and fair with all customers and earning an excellent reputation with the Good Mechanics Network and the Better Business Bureau. They understand that in this age of ever-changing complexities with automobiles it becomes more important than ever to have a relationship with those who care for your car and know you can trust them and rely on their quality of work. Andrew mechanic horrible!

I had an alignment,steering wheel is crooked,steering pulls to left.Andrew said car naturally pull to left.WTF. Lazy mechanic didn't center steering wheel,and messed up alignment.

The prices at this shop are out of control

I dropped my 04 Jeep off for a oil change ,When I went to pick It up later in the day and I got a bill for almost 100 dollars!!!!!How can a oil change be that much money????What a bunch of crooks Im going to Jiffy Lube from now on.For that kind of money yopu would think the old guy at the counter could aford a better topuee.I will never go back.

How does this shop stay in business is beyond me?

I took my 2002 Volvo in for repairs to Airpark Auto Clinic in June 2011 and had 2000 dollars worth of repairs done.I didnt even make it home before I had overheaded on the side of the highway after a 150 dollar tow to the dealership,they informed me that the work had been done wrong and that even bolts were missing!!The parts that had been replaced where not volvo parts but cheap china ones,that I had been charged for as dealer replacement parts.This shop is not only dishonest but there repair skills are a joke.I will never return to this shop and will tell everyone who will listen the same!!!!!

Airport Auto Clinic's Pre-purchase Inspection

I took a 2000 Mustang GT convertible that I wanted to purchase to Bill Parkening at Airport Auto Clinic for a pre-purchase inspection in May 2007. Bill had one of his best technicians thoroughly inspect the vehicle from top to bottom, found everything that needed to be addressed, and charged a very reasonable price for the inspection. If I lived in Phoenix and needed an excellent and honest mechanic, Mr. Parkening at Airport Auto Clinic would be my choice. Paul WortzmanAlbuquerque, NM

Very Trustworthy

I went to airpark auto clinic after I got an estimate from airpark auto service and was definately pleased that I went and got a second estimate. The owners Bill and Princess were very helpful in fixing my car at a reasonable cost. I highly reccommend them. Its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days.
