I am writing to express my gratitude towards the staff, and in particular the office manager, at AllCare Internal Medicine. Because of their extreme incompetency, which led to them suddenly dropping me as a patient, I was able to find One Medical Group! Since day one, the experience dealing with One Medical has been night and day in comparison to AllCare. The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable, the doctors are amazing and guess what, my appointments actually start on time! I no longer have to wait 45 mins to see my physician.

So once again AllCare Internal Medicine, thanks!

Do your homework before choosing an urgent care clinic! I discovered that many are hospital based and charge additional hospital based fees! Even if you don't go to a hospital they're getting a kickback! My old Urgent Care facility charged me an Urgent Care fee. What's that?? Aren't I paying them anyway? Now I'm paying them for paying them? That's like going to a gas station and paying a gas station fee and then paying for gas!! AllCare didn't have any of those fees and unlike my old facility they were open on Saturday and had extended hours. Urgent Care facilities get a bad rap and to be honest some deserve it. If you have to wait a while at AllCare remember they're not nickel and dime-ing you so be a patient with patience :0
