AVOID. They are rude, dishonest, & overpriced… with zero concept of customer service!! I requested service on a BBQ that wasn’t working properly, and they told me they could come out, clean it, and diagnose the problem. They charge almost $300 to clean the grill, the issue was never fixed, and a new issue developed. They came out a 2nd time, and broke tiles on the island in the process of removing the grill to find the problem. When finally got the estimate for the repair, I asked for a break on the labor, since this whole back and forth had gone on for more than 6 months, and now I had tile repairs to make. The owners had an attitude that “my husband” had refused unrelated repairs on the first visit, and that I should “consider the free estimate (2nd visit) my discount”. I’m not married, and at no point was a man even here during the repair visits. She was just making stuff up, and evidently offended that I asked for a discount. So, I’m currently left with a non-working, nicely polished yard ornament, sitting on an island still needing tile repair.
