Saturday night 040911

We stayed in the Eclipse room, and there was no door on the shower, so the bathroom flooded during the showers. There was no shampoo, the soap kept slipping off the soap dish and onto the shower floor, the blinds broke and there were 2 women fighting and shouting outside our door Sunday morning. It was a nice looking hotel, but for the price and the location, there should have been nothing to complain about. Would probably NOT stay there again and instead stay at the Papago Best Western.

unexpected luxury and service

All this place needs is a bar and restaurant. however there are many within walking distance the hotel staff directed me to. The hotel is a little over a year old and the house keeping is tops! My room was beautiful and I can't wait to go back.
