Got daisies to take to my former sister-in-law who is in an assisted living facility. As always Cactus Flower came thru for me... the bouquet was lovely and they even put it in a carrier to help me get it there. The recipient loved the flowers and they really brightened up her apartment. Thank you, Cactus Flower, for serving me so well for 35+ years!

I go into this store every month or so during their happy hour on Fridays. They post videos on their website on how to arrange flowers, so I buy the flowers during happy hour and then copy their ideas when I get home. :) I find the staff to be helpful, and the arrangements they always have for sale are so pretty. They seem a little pricey, but their style seems more upscale. The store itself is a little old, but in a way it feels homey.

I expect a flower shop to SMELL like a flower shop and to LOOK like a flower shop. Yeah, I know it's hot, but I really excect to find LIVE flowers not wilted ones. Cactus Flowers is not a pretty sight. It's actually depressing. The flowers they delivered for me were awful,and they replaced them with flowers that weren't much better. I guess I'll be looking for another flower shop.

I used to love to shop at Cactus Flowers, but not any more. I went to the shop in Uptown recently and I was really disappointed. The plants needed water. The flowers in the showcase were already dead. The people didn't offer to help me, either, but instead were very busy discussing their next day off. It used to be a really pretty shop and it was wellrun, but something has changed. I won't go there again.

My last online order from Cactus was for a very special occasion and I needed their "guaranteed" delivery. I received a confirmation email from Mr. Luoma, President, that my delivery was successful. However, the recipient of the flowers received a phone message stating they couldn't find the house even though it is located in the center of the city. When she returned the call, they were too busy to deliver that day. Why did they send me a confirmation? ###My email and calls to Mr. Luoma went unanswered. What good is a florist that can't make a delivery? Funerals and weddings can't wait for the next day. I did receive a call from a clerk who offerred me 15% off my next order. That will never happen.

I went to their store the other day. They have a Christmas tree outside and it's loaded with roses that are all dead. Every one of them. Then I went inside to see the FTD centerpiece for Christmas, and it was so disappointing. The roses in it were dead, too, and it looked like it had been made 2 weeks ago. I listened to the lady on the phone who told a customer it was too late to help her, and the employee was actually nasty on the phone. This was a lousy place to be and I left without purchasing a thing.

I used Cactus Flowers several time over the years, but this most recent time the experience was horrible. The flowers were left at the door and, when I called, they said they were signed for by "LAD" which means "left at door". In 110 degree heat? They did give me my money back, but I certainly won't use them again. TS, Phoenix

Cactus Flowers did an exceptional job in delivering a beautiful flower arrangement to my mom on Christmas eve. The flower arrangement was very similar to what was pictured on the website, and was delivered in the same vase that I picked out online. The flowers were exactly what I would have picked out if I were there in person. At the time of delivery my mom wasn't home, and the delivery service had to leave it at the apartment office, but they followed up with a phone call to verify that she received it. The quality, reliability, and service that Cactus Flowers provided on this occasion makes them an easy choice for future occasions. Overall ordering flowers online was a great experience, and I might even send Mom another arrangement for Valentine's day.
