11/2007 bought a home from The Canavest Group. One of the options we choose was a landscaping package for the front yard. Not satisfied. Tried to get problems corrected dealing directly with the landscaping firm from 04/2008 until 08/2008. Went to The Canavest Group for help. After much run around - we have had five different Canavest representatives dealing with our request for warranty support - we were told that the contact had been made and that the landscaping company promised to make good on their work. That's the last we heard from The Canavest Group until we complained to their fifth representative 06/2009. They say they are looking into the situation. So far, The Canavest Group promises of support have been near meaningless. The only exception has been representative number four who doesn't work for Canavest but was contracted to do some warranty work on their behalf. The Canavest Group has since terminated their relationship with that party.
