We brought our miniature schnauzer in for a grooming. She came back shaved and uneven. The groomer claimed to know how to cut schnauzer's, but apparently not. They also kept her with ten other dogs running around free in a side room. No one ever asks whether a dog is healthy and has had their shots. This place has no common sense and they don't know how to groom.

I have 2 Lhasa Apsos that I have been taking here for a few years. One has a REALLY bad disposition and needed to be muzzled everywhere else. Not at Canine Preferred. They do the best job in Scottsdale at the best price. I dont know where the other reviewer, Mary, goes...but I drive from Grayhawk because they are the most reasonable, experienced and professional groomer I have taken my dogs to...by the way, my dogs are 11 and 10, so i have had many many groomings. I have never had a problem with rudeness or any other issue. I HIGHLY recommend Canine Preferred. In fact, everyone in my family who has dogs takes them to Canine Preferred

Rude staff and poor grooming. Really expensive and they do a better job at Petsmart. The yentas who work here cleaning dog butt act like they run a Beverly Hills salon. The owner of this business should spend some time there and see what goes on. It is shameful.
