DON'T RISK SCRATCHING YOUR CAR!

I bring my car here frequently and today I had not only the worst customer experience I've ever had, but the worst experience with any business. When I came out of the tunnel to vacuum my car, I used the restroom, and came back to dry my car off. I did not notice it for a couple minutes because it was on the opposite side but I had scratches from my driver door all the way to my tail light on my driver side. I brought it to the manager's attention who tried to put the blame on me because "there was no evidence on camera." It is pretty hard to see scratches on a fuzzy camera if it is on a white car.. Very upsetting to put your trust in a company who does not back up their risk of having spinning equipment. I would advise you to wash it yourself or go somewhere else, especially if you have a nice car.
