I have ZERO experience shining shoes and now I'm at the police academy and have been having trouble shining my boots. I took them here and they not only gave me a shine that passed inspection but they gave me some wonderful tips and tricks on how to maintain it myself! Wow, great customer service. They talked to me and showed me things about shining boots for like 45 minutes. I've been telling everyone about my experience here. Just wonderful! I'll keep bringing my boots back here for a long time to come.

great place to do buisiness,does not look like a cobbler ,looks more like a salon, they always do a great job ,I love going there.

Best Repair shop i have ever been to! i have been to quit a few and never was the work and customer service anything near as close to CobblersDen/ Cobblestone. They greet me with a smile on their face every time i walk through their doors and i leave feeling comfortable knowing my items are in the best hands they can possibly be in.... I had an old BMW motorcycle tank bag that had seen its better days. I took it to Mack at Cobblestone/Cobblers Den and he performed a miracle. The work was done quickly, the price fair and the quality of work outstanding. This was a custom repair, something that most cobblers would not even attempt. The owner, Mack, took the time to give me options on the best way to repair it and quoted a price. I couldn't be happier.

Cobblestone /Cobblers Den shoe repair are Awesome, never had a problem,great customer service from both locations,I have been going there for years. never a complaint.They have fixed my luggage as well as my wifes handbags in the past and they have always done a great job.

they ruined the strap of my shoes, they kept the shoes and didn't return my calls when I asked them to refund my money for the cost of the shoes they damaged. I regret going here. Awful customer service.
