From Mark’s initial visit to my home to discuss my plans, he listened and made expert suggestions to help me achieve my goals. He visited the job on a regular basis to ensure that things were being accomplished according to his standards. He went the extra mile; offering much more than was necessary or expected. The finished product was superior to anything I could have imagined.



The finish that he had suggested was beautiful and blended in with the surrounding landscape perfectly. All corners were well-rounded and beautiful; the finish was thick enough to cover all the materials underneath. I was particularly anxious about this, since this was a common problem among many other jobs that I’d checked out. Mark’s employees were outstanding, also.



They always showed up promptly; were considerate of me and my household at all times; picked up after themselves and left everything as clean as possible. Mark was always available to answer any questions that I had and to suggest and advise me as necessary.
