My name is MaryJoyce Ramirez and I am giving my feedback on the services I received on December 27, 2013 with Brittany. On this lovely Friday I received my first Mio Dolce facial, brow wax, and brow tint at the location in Chandler. I have maybe received only 2 facials in my life, and none were done at Dolce. This will definitely change. The facial Brittany provided was AMAZING! I was not expecting everything that I received during my hour facial! There was an electronic massage, two different masks fit to my skin needs, and amazing products used that made my face feel so smooth and looking rejuvenated! Prior to receiving my facial, Brittany provided me with my brow wax. This type of service is also something I think I have only done about twice in my life, and Brittany's outcome with my brows was by far the best! She first asked me what I was looking for with my brows. After I told her, she gave me exactly was I was looking for shape-wise. While doing the wax, she then convinced me to get a brow tint, which I had heard great things about from my nail tech, Cheryl. Let me just say, that I will be getting both a wax and tint by Brittany more often. I loved the results of both as they really accentuated the look of my eyes! After the completion of all of my services Brittany asked me what type of facial cleanser I used presently and in the past. I informed her that I was presently using Proactiv, and had been for about 3 years, and had used Noxema and Clean&Clear products previously. She then suggested a new type of cleanser sold at Dolce that would leave my skin clean, and providing it with a moisturized look since my skin was dry, which I was aware of and concerned about. Other than my skin being dry, Brittany told me that my skin was not aging at all, and looked great! I bought the product she suggested that day, which was Bioglycolic Face Cleanser by JanMarini Skin Research. Let me just say, after a week of using the product, I am forever sold on purchasing this product! It works amazingly! I was scared that it would leave my skin feeling oily, but it does the complete opposite. It makes my skin feel so clean, so smooth and looking moisturized, without the oily, shiny effects! And obviously, no more dry skin on my face! Another plus about this product is that it costs way less than the three-step system I had been using by ProActiv! I can't thank Brittany enough for her professionalism, expert advice, and love of her job! Just a final thing I would like to add is that I tried these services for the first time because of the amazing hook-ups that Dolce promoted and provided that day! Dolce has yet to disappoint me, and I don't think they ever will!

I had an appt on the 26th for a make up application. I was getting a batman inspired application done for a halloween party that night. I showed the picture I found to Michelle and we got started. Michelle did a GREAT job!! She made it look just like the photo but also customizing it to fit my eye shape. She was super nice and kept it fun :)Thank you Dolce again for always having great service and service providers!*my appt was at the new quarter location but i have had great service at all locations!

I have been coming to Dolce for several years for both general maintenance such as hair cuts and for special treats like a massage. I visited last week for a routine trim of the the ol' mop and had an appointment with Leigh. She was so delightful! I am quite protective of my hair, it is very thick and curly and takes an army of product to give that awesome blowout that we all so desire :) Leigh was veryunderstanding of my needs and the outcome I was hoping for with my visit. She was very easy to talk to and it seemed like my appointment just flew by! From the awesome scalp massage that relaxes you instantly to theprecision cut I received, I would definitely recommend my friends and family to book appointments with Leigh. I really appreciate the TLC that I have always received by all of the various departments in Dolce whether it is the brow bar, the massage therapists, manicure/pedicure teams and my most frequented hair crew. I know each time I visit I will feel pampered and leave feeling like a million dollars. Thanks Dolls - will be back soon!

Okay, where do I start? It had been a really long time since I have had my haircut and had found myself wearing my hair in the same style I wore it in the '90's and needed an update.....BAD. I also recently lost a lot of weight and wanted to try a new style to go with my new face and body. I didn't want to go just anywhere, so since moving to Chandler and frequenting the Chipotle on Chandler Blvd I have had my eye on Dolce Salon. When I reached my goal weight I made an appointment to have my hair cut and eyebrows reshaped. First came the haircut with Karen. I took in a few pictures of how I wanted to have my hair cut and she was very receptive to how I wanted my hair to look. I was a little worried about maintenance since not really having a style for so long I didn't want anything that I was going to have to spend hours on. I went with a long layered look and Karen suggested I start out small with the layers and work my way up once I got comfortable with my new style. I am pleased to say the cut came out exactly how I wanted it to. It looked almost exactly as the pictures I had brought in and surprisingly enough when I had to style my hair myself for work it didn't really take much longer than when my hair was 4 inches longer and didn't have a "style". I have had several comments on how nice my hair is and I have Karen to thank for it. At my next appointment we will look into maybe adding a few more layers. Next came my eyebrow reshaping with Marisa. I wasn't too sure what I wanted I just knew that I needed them reshaped and cleaned up very badly. I really like the way Marisa's eyebrows looked and she told me she did hers herself and could get mine to look like hers, so that’s what I went with. She was very thorough and I was surprised at how little it hurt. I have had my brows waxed before and always dreaded having to have it done again and again because of the "pain" involved. When she was done they looked perfect. I left the salon feeling very happy and proud of my appearance. Thank you Karen, Marisa and Dolce Salon. You have a new customer for life!

Hello, my name is MaryJoyceRamirez and I received a Versa Spa spray tan at the Chandler location on June30, 2013. This was my second time receiving a spray tan at Dolce, and asalways, Dolce always delivers! I love the Versa Spa service because it is soquick and my tan always look flawless and natural. The same day I received myspray tan, I received so many compliments from my family member about hownatural and good it looked on me! I wanted to get the spray tan because I wasgoing on vacation to see family in Florida and Georgia, and I did not want toleave Arizona looking pale, and my Versa Spa spray tan made sure that did nothappen. My tan lasted me about 9 days, and I love how it fades gradually tostill allow me to have that natural look!

I had a facial at the Chandler Dolce location. Nikki was fantastic! It was one of the best facials I have ever had. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and then made a totally customized facial for me. She gave me great advice as well. I cannot wait to go back!!!

I have been going to Diana for approx. 6 months for moderate adult onset face acne. Before I had my first acne facial with her I thought I had tried everything from topical creams to low doseantibiotics, however, still had bad breakouts. Diana took the time to truly examine my skin, and recommend a treatment regimen that truly works. She is so knowledgeable about all the products available and really understand how each one works and how they can be mixed and match to work for virtually anyone. I see Diana on a monthly basis and now feel as beautiful on the outside as I feel on the inside. I am in a occupation where I have to speak in front of a lot people pretty often and now I am exceptionally comfortable because I don't have to be embarrassed about my skin. Dolce is lucky to have you on their staff!

I live out of state, and when I come in town to visit my family, I always look forward to a trip to Dolce too. This visit, I chose to have a spa pedicure with Debie. I typically don’t get pedicures in the city where I live, because most places can’t live up to the service and atmosphere that Dolce provides. From the massage chairs to the deliciously-scented lotion, the spa pedicure makes me feel special. My service provider, Debie, was great! She was gentle but applied enough pressure to give my feet the much needed care they deserved. I’m already looking forward to my trip back to Arizona next month so I can treat myself to some Dolce TLC!

I go to Dolce to get my hair, nails, tanning, waxing and spa services. When I first started going to Dolce in 06, I only got my hair done. At the time is was pretty pricey. But I could not find better hair services and walk out feeling like a million bucks anywhere else. Now that the economy is down they have been offering amazing specials! If you go on their facebook page they offer deals for half off. Some times more. Now I never pay full price and I can go get all my beauty needs done there for much less. If not cheaper than the supermarket shopping plazas salons. They offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They always are friendly and help you with anything you need. Their open until 9pm almost every day. They also use only the highest quality products. Basically, I love Dolce and would recommend it to anyone.

I had my first Shellac manicure with Abby on August 24th. I really enjoyed the experience and am very pleased with the manicure. I have had Shellacs done elsewhere & this was the best one that I have had. I also have my hair cut regularly by Dayna and am always pleased with the results. Dayna provides suggestions for my hair style that are always very welcome. She gives a great cut and is very pleasant during our appointments.

I have visited Dolce on several occasions and have to say the staff continues to make its guests feel welcome. At my last visit to Dolce, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who offered water while I waited. By the time I was called, my stylist led me and we started talking about what I wanted to have done. In the past, I've always asked questions but couldn't quite achieve the same results after visits from other places I've been. Finally, I asked if I could be shown since I'm such a visual person. As soon as she showed me, I couldn't believe how incredibly easy it was and cannot wait to try again. I continue to look forward in future services from Dolce. For me, it's my place of escape and time for myself, even if it is just for a haircut.

I went to the Chandler Dolce for a facial. I usually do not getmany facials; however, I recently had a baby and my hormones were really affecting my skin. I was super excited to get some relaxation time to myself and Diana M. did not disappoint. I have had facials before, but have never had someone work on me who was so informative and knowledgeable. She told me everything she was putting on me and it's benefits. She talked with me before the facial and asked me what I wanted and what I had noticed in my own skin that I wanted to change. I was not only enjoying the service, but I enjoyed listening to her describe what the masks were doing for my skin. I could tell she really wanted me to be comfortable, but still get all the benefits from the facial. That night when I washed my face, I was shocked..seriously.. about how soft my skin felt. I thought to myself, " I really need to do this more often". Diana recommended some products which I am going to pick up with my facebook hookup.

My friend and I had a great experience today. I always get so many compliments on my manicures and pedicures. The nail techs always are willing to make custom glitter combinations that are awesome. The salon also offers amazing promotions. Lisa is super sweet and does awesome hair. She always takes the time to see how my hair is doing and give me her suggestions of what would look best. My hair has never looked better.

Today I had an appointment for an all-overcolor with Elle. I noticed at her station that Elle had recently beenpromoted to a Level 6 stylist, and it was easy to see why! She did a greatjob making me feel comfortable from the start. I wasn't sure exactly whatcolor I wanted, just that I wanted to go darker. Elle brought out a boardwith different hair color samples on it so that I could choose. She alsoexplained to me a little about the different shades and what I could expect.I decided that I wanted a darker shade of brunette that would not look red.She did a very thorough job with my hair color and came to check on me aftermy hair was blown dry. I will definitely plan on going to Elle again andwould recommend her to anyone looking for a color change.

I enjoyed the personalized attention I got at Dolce. The environment is relaxing but invigorating. The stylist, Kaitlyn, was friendly. She has become a friend in the 2 appointments I've scheduled with her. She's compassionate, fun, and best of all knows what looks best on me. My haircut came out a little shorter than I expected/wanted, but after I got home and received compliments I realized it's better than what I thought I wanted. I'll be back!

When I first starting going to Dolce, I believed that it didn't matter who I saw because everyone was fantabulous! And they still are! I have to say, Ashley C is a doll and now I only go to her for my skin care. She is the only one, it seems, that gets my brows shaped and tinted perfectly for my complexion. I had another esti that instisted I should have black brows (I'm a fair skin red head), and it was a painful couple of weeks waiting for them to fade. I saw Ashley and she restored my faith in tinted brows! In addition, last summer when my face decided to host a connect the dots marathon, Ashley worked with me on monthly Acne facials, recommending product (some worked, others didn't - great return policy by the way!). After several months, we found the right formula and now everything seems to be back to normal. Ashley takes the time to listen to my concerns, asks questions and answers my questions. Love Ashley, Love Dolce!

I had the pleasure of having a relaxing Swedish massage and was completely impressed. It seriously was one of the best massages I have had to date. One of my favorite features was the heated bed. I didn't want to ever get out!!

It continues to amaze me that there are all these fabulous nail techniciansat Dolce! It makes it hard to choose who to go to but also makes it easiersince I have so many options and will know I can't go wrong with choosingany of the nail technicians.While all the pedicures I have had with Dolce are great, I do feel April issuper fabulous! My pedicures always last at least 3 weeks and I know it'sbecause of the extra time and care she takes to make sure my nails areprepped. April is so friendly and fun that I always look forward to myappointments with her. It's always nice to have someone who not only does agreat job but you also enjoy their company.
