I can't tell enough people about how bad this place is! There are so many levels, one being customer service, another being choice of wardrobe for staff! When I look for a place online, I always check the reviews, so I want to share with as many people as possible to prevent them from experiencing what we did. I wish I would have gotten a business card so I could call her by name, but I didn't... I believe she is the owner's wife!! They did not give us an honest quote and flat out stated that our watch wasn't gold, when parts of it were. Not to mention how rude she was when told us this fact. It was an unbelievable experience and I can't believe that places like this stay in business. I will tell everyone I see about my experience with this place and maybe they will take a lesson in customer service! Too many other great places out there! Trust me! I talked to numerous other venues the same day and got an entirely different result!
