This place is horrible they only care about money and not the pet. They will find ways to triple charge you and you must pay in full before they will treat the animal. They expect you to have $5,000 in the middle of the night and will not let you pay half and the rest the next day before you pick up the pet. They are rude and treat you like dirt if you can't pay their insane prices. They sent me away with a very sick dog. Luckily I found Sonora Vet Specialist and they were wonderful. They are priced better and will work with you on paying. Please do not go here you will regret it unless you are very rich and don't care about money.
