They were 40 minutes late with picking me up. I had an appointment. I had to call which was not an easy task.The man that finally picked me up indicated he didn't have me down to pick up. BTW I had called 3 locations before finding a location that would pick me up. They advertise as they pick up from all their locations. Not true. When I arrived to pick up my rental car they did not have the car I had reserved. They tried putting me into a car much too big. I felt unsafe. I had little else to choose from so picked a car that had just been returned. It was not clean and I didn't want to wait for washing. The car was fine but why reserve a car. The entire experience was not professional. Very disappointing. Their calling system is not user friendly.

I've been using Enterprise Car rental for over 17 years now. They offer the best price and WONDERFUL service!
