We just completed a mortgage with Fairway. Very poor communications, and terrible customer service.

Travis Wicks is a phenomenal mortgage broker. He is very quick to respond, provides multiple rate options, and explains clearly the pros and cons of each. I recently reached out to Travis and another broker for information on a refi. The other broker added the closing costs to my principal and called it an no-fee refi. Travis didn't play those games and was very clear about that what fees were at every line item for every rate option. I really appreciated his transparency about the process. Highly, highly recommended.
