Very helpful and genuinely honest. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I did a ton of jewelry shopping.

The thing I love about the owners of this jewelry store that sets them apart from all others is not only their friendly and genuine personality, but that they take pride in creating unique custom made jewelry for any price range. I knocked my ring pretty hard loading the dishwasher quickly, and the middle stone came flying out. Thankfully, it was not damaged. I went to drop it off with Rod at Farrars, and he went into the back and fixed it while I waited - without charge! I have been going to him for years and have purchased many unique gifts and want him to make several more pieces of jewelry for me in the future... any idea, he can bring it to fruition. I can't say enough about how nice Rod and Celest are (and his father does appraisals, I had him appraise two of my rings). My only mistake was going somewhere else and having my watch sized. They overcharged me and took out too many links and I had to wait another week! Thank you Rod and Celest for such great service and support!
