Bad experience with loan agent Paul Sutton. Bad advice and bad business ethics. After working with him my credit score dropped so low I don't qualify for a home loan. Then when he knew my score had dropped he quit returning my phone calls, left me wondering what happened. Now I'm working to bring my score back up to where it was before. Bad Bad experience with Southwest Direct!
