Met some of the staff at the Breitling Bentley event and decided to check out the store the next day. I'd been into Hamra once before to look at a watch for my wife a couple years ago. Hadn't been back since. I'm glad I stopped in again! The watch fellow I talked with explained the nuances of the chronograph watches and the difference in price and specs between the watches... rolex, omega, breitling etc. I found one for the wish list! Great service, great selction!

I walked into Hamra to have a battery replaced on my watch and was treated very well by the staff even though we weren;t doing big business. while I was there I looked at some Michele watches and some of the Tacori jewelry...LOVED IT! Thank you and hopefully I'll be back!

They came through for me. I got a really beautiful diamond engagement ring for a price I could afford. What more could you ask for?

My girlfriend and I shopped at several places and we liked Hamra Jeweler's the best. They weren't rude and snotty like a couple of the other places we went to in Scottsdale. The diamond prices were reasonable and they had the best selection of rings of all the places we shopped. The service was really good and they had our ring ready the next day. They have in house jeweler's which impressed us and theit work on her ring was great. I like the fact that you have to ring a bell to get in, it made us feel more secure as we were looking at expensive diamonds.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this jewelry store in getting an irreplaceable retirement ring resized. After purchasing a Rolex, having a diamond ring/jacket resized I felt confident that they would do the job on this ring. NOT THE CASE..the band in the back is the size of a small wedding band..it was several mm wide!! After t/w Suzie she expl that I "lost" 2 layers for 14KT Gold when they "buffed" it. I was NEVER advised this would happen or I would NOT have had it done there!! I will NOT go back to HAMRA for anything..if they can't size a ring they don't need my business. And BTW no apology just she understood that it was "rough" in the back and I could opt for a $350 shank!!
