Scottsdale of Harley Davidson. Address 15600 N. Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ. 85260 Phone 480-905-1903. That is where I bought my 2006 Dyna Wide Glide in 2012. With 16K miles on it. I'm venting a little here also I want to know if this is happening to other people too that ride Harleys. I ride my motorcycle like a normal person does, although I do put a lot of miles on it. I ride to other states too. On May 20, 2015 I took my bike in for 50 k checkup. Which requires to replace the gas filter and also rebuild the forks. 800 dollars around for that cost no problem had the money saved up. Then I get a phone call. I have to replace my front forks it would take a week to get the part. Something about a dust cover damage. (I wander did they damage it.) The bike was running perfect, handle great. I was just taking the bike in for the schedule maintenance. I said yes replace the front forks as needed and that was an extra I think 300 dollars. After they get the part they install it. Then I get another phone call something about a stripped bolt on the risers. I it was a little upset told them what did they do strip it themselves. They said no they use a torque wrench. I said whatever how much. Riser approximately 100 dollars and it would take a week to get the park. So here it is June 6 and they call me they say your bike is ready to go. I told them that I would pick it up a couple days later due to transportation. Then I get a phone call and they said they found a screw in the back tire and they will have to replace the tire & tube another 400 dollars. I told them bottom line I don't have the money you nickel and dime me an enough already. Now pending on what you the people say on Facebook I'm feeling I should take my motorcycle's to someplace else in the future. Bottom line I felt like I got nickel and dime for simple 50 k tune-up what are your thoughts on this and has this happened to you?

Took my money for a CVO that was incoming. GSM traded it to his buddy at a dealership in N.M. then told me everyday for 2 weeks "should be here tomorrow". now he is giving me the run around on refunding my deposit. STAY AWAY

They treat you like family and go out of their way too be helpful! I will never go anywhere else!

Harley of Scottsdale where looking good is more important that decent service. First time customer, took my bike in for service.Service department got my okay to do a repair. Okay was never passed on and cost me 7 days without my bike(okay no biggie it happens). When they got the part they realized they ordered the wrong part.. Hahah(strike two). Costs me another 2 days. Finally done but one minor snag they say my derby cover is bent. No problem I bought it from them 3 weeks ago. They say sorry they wont cover it as they didn't install it. Wow really I bent it by putting 3 screws on it?(strike three) No biggie the extra 60 bucks is worth knowing I will never ever spend another penny at the store. I have to say the service rep Ari actually seemed like he was trying hard to give me good service. But he might be the only good apple in the rotten bunch. The old adage applies you can sheer a sheep many times but only skin him once. These guys skinned me bad! When I buy my next bike or any accessories it definitely will not be from these guys. As a consumer I would say avoid this store like the plague.

Don't know how they have stayed in business this long. I went in for a simple emissions test and was told that for $175.00 they would have my bike ready to pass. But it would take 2 weeks to do this. They said they were to busy to get it done any sooner { 5 guys sitting outside doing nothing} at 2:30 in the afternoon. Took it to another place and for $20.00 bucks and 15 min. I passed
