This pet hospital does not do on-site blood work, urinalysis, etc. They send it out to a lab. In the time it took to get the lab work back, my pet died from poisoning. It may have saved my dog's life to know in a matter of minutes that there was significant blood in her urine, rather than once it was too late. The staff was not caring or sympathetic and the exam was not thorough; I had to point out things that the vet should have noticed herself. I would NOT recommend Family Pet Hospital. There are other vet clinics that do all their lab work in-house in a matter of minutes/hours and the cost is the same.
