The Summer program was very disappointing. They accepted too many kids, the teachers are not patient and my children didn't take away much other than not wanting to go back there. The facility is fairly small and with so many kids of different age groups, it can only become chaotic. Reading time was loud, rather than getting tutoring, my kids were just given packets and told to hurry up. I rarely received the packets to review and when I did they were not completed. The kids informed me that the teachers were too busy to help them. At the end I was even brushed off by one of them. I was told I could get an assessment at the end of the program, yet Friday rolled around and only one person was left at the center at pick-up. I was told I would get an email with the progress report, and was told that it would be quite self explanatory, so need to waste their time... I am still waiting for that email. In summary, $440 hard earned dollars later, no progress and kids are treated disrespectful

My son has been going to oxford for a couple of months and we are VERY happy with his progress. They did an assessment to see what he needed and it was right on target. I have been telling my friends to go there too.
