Lesser Associates is simply the best. You have no idea how long I had been with my former management company. I don't know how much they took me for, but I am sure over the years it has been a lot.



Your company opened my eyes when it came to security deposits. My former company took 1st and last month's rent, but would only take $500 as a security deposit. I didn't know that until I spoke to your company. I am not a handyman, but I know $500 can go up in a blink of an eye. This was not want I wanted. When I spoke to my former company about it they told me that if I asked for more in a security deposit I would not be able to get my place rented. What kind of answer is that.
