Provided by YP.comHorrible Facility. Horrible Staff. Furniture smells of urine. Staff refuse to follow prescribed orders from doctors. Resident doctors are incompetent. Therapists are neglectful. Their idea of physical therapy was placing patient in wheelchair and rolling her outside to the patio.
