HORRIBLE , RUDE I went to Monty's music to trade a piece of gear. He VULGARICLY laughed in my face and said he wouldn't give Five dollars for my piece of...... ( It currently sold on ebay for One Hundred ) All I wanted was around twenty five for it. He acted like he wanted to fight me?? He got in my face about 6 inches away and said "I've been doing this for twenty two years etc etc ". I asked him, " why are you acting like this?" That seemed to make him more mad and I honestly thought he was gonna punch me. A mother came in with her child and he treated them decent but when they left he went back to being very RUDE. I also mentioned that the bad reviews I seen on the internet must have had some truth, and he said " AND YOU STILL CAME?" as he snarled. I said yes I'm all ways willing to give things a chance. NEVER NEVER again will I ever go to this store, for your own sake please don't ever go!!!

I went to Monty's music to trade in a guitar effects pedal for a midi foot pedal that he had. My foot pedal currently sold for around $100 "used" and He VULGARICLY laughed in my face when I told him I was hoping to get $25 for it. 1. Very UN professional 2. He said he would'nt give me $5 for my piece of crap. 3. He continued to sneer and act like he wanted to pick a fight with me until some Mother came in with her child and he transformed into a decent person until they left. He then came from around the counter and got 6 inches from my face with his very bad breath to tell me how long he has been doing this and how I was wrong for wanting $25 for my $100 pedal ( sold current on ebay ). This man Is by far the RUDEST person that I have ever met in my life. I really encourage any one to stay away from this store, he made me feel horrible and this is how he tries to bully people into giving in. I never have been so offended in my life, and I've been playing live music
