Ordered a substantial amount of wood flooring from Nationwide. The owner came out and measured. The product was excellent and the installer did a great job. Our issue was that when the job was done, we were left with 3 full boxes of flooring and a few left over pieces. The pieces - fine and maybe one box but 3? When I spoke to the owner I was told - oh, those are yours! I trusted them to order correctly. When ordering just make sure you ask what their policy is if they over order. What are we supposed to do with 3 boxes of flooring?
