I've had pain issues for the past 20+ years. I've been to many doctors, all were sympathetic to my pain. I've had a couple of surgeries and they have helped... a little. I'm on pain meds because I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. They help but wear off too soon and doctors have their limits, which I do understand. I was resigned to the fact that pain was just 'part of my life.' Not fun! One day, while I was at physical therapy, I saw a magazine with an enticing 'read me' regarding knee pain and I read it and I found NOVOCUR. Called after showing my husband the article and got an appointment. That was in December 2012. I knew right away that I'd come to the right place. Dr. Neil Thakker and his very caring staff gave me an immediate 'good feeling.'
