Provided by YP.comMy elderly dad bought a truck there and was so happy he cried happy tears and it was awesome!! He found a manual truck (exactly like he wanted). I am going to drive there today to pick up the paint my dad ordered for his car and I am so grateful that he was treated with so much kindness and respect. Thank you Pinnacle Nissan, you guys are awesome!! Iga Viktoria

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I were invited into the dealership by one of the sales representatives to look into possibly downsizing our vehicle for a newer, more fuel efficient car. We were promised a "no pressure" sales experience and things were good until the final financial numbers came back outside what we were willing to commit to. Once we rejected the offer, we were approached by 2 more sales reps who unsuccessfully tried to close us. Up to this point we were annoyed by the persistence, but understood it as their best efforts to make a sale. However, the final sales rep to approach us, his name is Josh, was rude, insulting and unapologetic. He would not take no for an answer and pushed my wife to the point of tears. Even as we were walking out of the dealership the General Manager approached me and instead of apologizing for an unnecessarily stressful and humiliating experience, he proceeding to tell me about "the new numbers" he was willing to work out.
Completely unprofessional with no regard for the emotional wellbeing of their customers. We went to the dealership hoping to become repeat customers and left feeling like we needed to warn everyone we knew interested in purchasing a new vehicle to avoid this dealership completely.

Heard they fired Tory Walton, the new GM, after moving him and his family from MN. What a shame. Do these guys have a conscience? All in the path to become millionaires? I would never shop in any of Van Tuyl/Cleaves dealerships.

Provided by YP.comWe got called 4 times to come down and each time they said they can work a deal to our terms, then when we got there the deal was not even close to what we wanted. They ran our credit 3 times and kept jacking us around even after an email and conversation to management.
