Zero star if it was possible. The first time I came to this location there was a woman at the counter who was very nice and helpful. Today I came in to simply buy stamps and ask a question about mailing out a package with weight. The male at the counter ignored me as I came in which was the first bad feeling of this incounter. While I waited patiently as he finished up with what he was doing on the computer a customer came in and he greated her. He finished up what he was doing and then before asking me what I neeeded help with grabbed my mail and said how are you sending it. I then proceeded with the question came in to ask and was inturuped as he was telling the customer who came in goodbye I ignored this and then continued with my question only to me completely ignored. He did not make eye contact with me what so ever. He then asked me why I wanted to send my mail that way and that it makes more sense to have them send it out. I felt as if he thought I was stupid or incompetent when i told him I was only there to purchase stamps. I then felt I needed to take my business elsewhere and told him he was very rude. He then told me to leave him alone and I walked out he door. This was the worst customer service I've ever received when simply trying to send mail. I only used this location because it was close to my work but I will never give them business again after being treated so poorly as a paying customer. Horrible customer service. If he was having a bad day it happens but leave your s*** at the door and do your job the right way.

Don't use Postal Max, treated like s**t. Poor customer service and unprofessional staff. Don't Shred documents here completely unsafe!!

I visit this shop frequently and never had a problem. The owner is very helpful and offers discounts to frequent customers. I've dropped off mail, made copies, faxes, and shipped all of my packages from this location. They even have a PICK UP SERVICE!

Last week, I dropped off a sealed Christmas card to be sent via USPS at your location. The recipient of the card has notified me that he received an empty envelope, which had been opened with a letter opener and taped closed again. All contents were removed; this included a greeting card and a $50 gift card. I find it hard to assume that the postal service is responsible for this. It's rather convenient that Pack and Ship Plus has all of the office supplies required to pull such a stunt. I am severly disappointed and will NEVER return to this location. I certainly hope that other's have not been robbed, as I have.
