We used this hosting company for several years. The store is nice and easy to use. However, we lost a url because we were not notified of the expiration. Then their system was hacked and we had some embarrassing results and had problems with viruses in the system. The email had continual problems of reliability and of late would be down when we needed it to run our business. So we switched to another hosting company unfortunately after we had paid for 3 months in advance. We were promised a refund several times but still have not received any funds. That was what prompted this review. Very annoyed customer
